Earnslaw Wing 'n' Water

Duration

Allow 5 hours duration.

Cost

Cost $510.00 per person inclusive of Earnslaw cruise and transfers

A fly and cruise double as we venture to Queenstown to steam the lake on board the 1912 vintage twin-screw steamship TSS Earnslaw. We fly north-west from Dunedin International Airport over the golden plains and schist mountains of Central Otago to Frankton Airport at Queenstown. Transfer to the Steamer Wharf in the centre of the town and board a delightful ship affectionately named the 'Lady of the Lake'. You can watch the stokers fuelling the boilers as we cruise under the sheer granite cliffs of Cecil and Walterpeaks. The Earnslaw stops for a short time at historic Walter Peak Station (sorry, disembarking not included) before returning to Queenstown. Reboard your plane and we will fly you back to Dunedin following the mighty Kawarau and Clutha rivers, before crossing the tussock-covered Lammerlaw Mountains.
