A double adventure of flying in a vintage Tiger Moth and a drop of 'illicit' moonshine. We depart Dunedin and fly south-west to Mandeville Aerodrome, in Northern Southland. Transfer to a genuine Tiger Moth biplane for an open cockpit flight you will never forget - yes, you are allowed to think you're Manfred von Richthofen, the Red Baron. After you(reluctantly) land, we take a short drive to the town of Gore to visit the Hokonui MoonshineMuseum to 'celebrate' the illegal making of local whisky during the prohibition years of theearly 1900s. You even have the chance of purchasing a bottle of original recipe 'Hokonui',if you are old enough (18 years or over). Return to Mandeville and the flight back to Dunedin over the rich farmlands of Southland and South Otago.
